Отдельное спасибо официантке Ане — очень внимательная, доброжелательная и профессиональная, благодаря ей вечер прошёл особенно комфортно. Праздник получился по-настоящему тёплым и запоминающимся. This restaurant has really nice atmosphere and well trained staff and also some pretty nice cuisine. It’s located nearer Canal of the marina if you are on the outside you have a beautiful look on it and at night you see the beautiful Skyline behind it the inside is beautiful Georgian style but also modern elements . They have a very nice wine collection. I recommend Georgian wines because they are perfect for Georgian cuisine. They have a nice sweet and fruity flavour. The prices are pretty high, but for this kind of service and the location it’s justifiable it’s a restaurant for a nice event but not for every day . The only thing that I have called to complain about are the Hinkali who are tasty but overpriced. So overall, very nice restaurant that is perfect for a special occasion ~ Michael K

Grace was amazing waitress, and was super professional and knew how to make client’s experience excellent, other employees were also very welcoming and nice! As per the kitchen, everything was tasty from starters to deserts, but i was disappointed with khinkali, first of all because we only can pick 1 flavor for set of 3 khinkali, other restaurants also have minimum order of 3 khinkali, but offer an opportunity to mix and match flavors, second issue was the size…they were slightly bigger than pelmeni. Was in georgia, size shall be twice bigger. Ambience— design is super cool, loved it, i visited in the evening, but sure in the afternoon view shall be great. However some coziness was missing. Bar—was amazed by the tarkhun lemonade, and delicious tea. ~ Kristina I

The food was exceptional — every dish full of rich, traditional flavours and cooked to perfection. The khachapuri was heavenly, the grilled meats tender and perfectly seasoned, and every bite felt like a taste of Georgia right here in Dubai. A huge thank you to our waiter Shaxzod, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. Пожалуй лучший ресторан грузинской кухни в Дубае. Вечера с живой музыкой преврасны. Чудесная терраса и вид . все блюда отличные из основного меню. Интересные напитки, хороший выбор Вина. Единственный минус, блюда из детского меню на любителя. Детские Блюда с мясом не нравятся ни Ребенку, ни взрослому. ~ Marina Y

Остались очень довольны этим прекрасным рестораном. Вкуснейшие блюда, очень любим грузинскую кухню и это было попадание на 10/10. Очень внимательный и приветливый персонал который сделает ваш вечер комфортным. Очень порадовало расположение т.к ресторан находится в очень тихом и красивом месте у воды, именно там можно отдохнуть от городской суеты и здорово провести время. Рекомендую однозначно к посещению. We recently visited this wonderful Georgian restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is incredible – cozy and very pleasant, making you feel right at home. The food is beyond praise, every dish was a true gastronomic delight. I especially want to commend our waiter Amir. His friendliness and sociability made our evening unforgettable. He was very attentive and gave excellent recommendations on dish choices. Thanks to him, we tried real culinary masterpieces! I recently visited Genatsvale and had an incredible dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and traditional Georgian decor made us feel right at home. We ordered the salmon salad, seafood khinkali, grilled whole sea bass and truffle profiteroles. They were all absolutely delicious! Everything was very flavorful, good portion for 2 and the service was great. Loved the ambience. A live Georgian performance would’ve taken it to a whole new level. Parking: the minute you enter from the main road, turn right straight into the public parking. With restaurant validation, parking is free for 3 hours. We made reservations ahead of time. The place was busy on a Friday evening. Will definitely go back. ~ Lena

Absolutely amazing — truly a hidden gem! The restaurant is tucked away in a quiet, welcoming area that instantly makes you feel at home. In the beginning I have to say , it was my first time to visit this amazing restaurant. It was so beautiful in decoration , it looks like museum, music was so beautiful, I liked it a lot , customer service was excellent from all staff , spatially from Anna and Ivan . All Staff were so polite and welcoming the guests in excellent way . Food was so excellent. View was very beautiful. Tables were really so comfortable. Новый грузинский ресторан на Пальме. Хинкали с ягненком, хачапури по-аджарски были вкусные. Салат грузинский на любителя. Большая терраса, каждый день живая музыка. Очень приятный и внимательный сервис, особенно официант Иван ) ~ Anna K

Thank you so much for unforgettable experience. I was a bit concerned about trying Georgian cuisine in Dubai, cause most of the time the food here doesn’t taste like it should be. BUT Genatsvale exceeded my expectations! I’ve never tried better khinkali ! All the menu is very organized and all the food we ordered was very delicious. Thanks to chefs! They must be genius. The service is very high standard. The ambience itself is cozy. I would recommend to all my friends to visit Genastvale and will come back myself as beck! THANK YOU ~ Anastasia G
